Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your carrier and our store! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us right away and we will work with you to resolve any problems. You may return (return shipping at your expense) your unwashed, unused carrier for a refund (minus shipping) or exchange within 14 days. If your carrier is defective (not damaged due to improper use), you may return it for replacement within 90 days (shipping at our expense). Contact us to arrange all returns or exchanges. If your purchase is a gift for someone whose baby is not yet born, please make a note of that during checkout. Tell us the expected arrival date of the baby and we will be happy to make an exchange within 45 days of the due date. All sale items are final.
